AviMentis provides a learning, mentorship, readiness, and aviation wellness platform for individuals, organizations, and administrators.

Users must use the platform lawfully, provide accurate account information, and avoid misuse that could disrupt the service, compromise security, or harm other users.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account credentials and for activity that occurs through their account.

Organization access may include members, dashboards, course access, assessment tracking, and reporting features made available by AviMentis.

Courses, lessons, Human Performance Assessments, results, recommendations, and learning pathways are provided for educational, reflective, and professional development purposes.

AviMentis does not provide emergency care, clinical diagnosis, fitness-for-duty certification, aviation regulatory clearance, or employer disciplinary determinations through the platform.

The platform may support free courses, paid individual access, organization-derived access, and manual administrative grants.

Billing integrations are designed through an abstraction layer so payment providers can be changed. Production billing terms should be reviewed before live paid access is enabled.

Administrators may create and manage course content, images, videos, and other platform materials. Users must not upload or submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.

AviMentis is provided as a supportive learning and wellness platform. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, AviMentis is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of platform content, assessments, or automated recommendations.
