Supportive and educational scope
AviMentis provides supportive learning, mentorship, wellness reflection, and professional development tools for aviation contexts.
Platform content, courses, Human Performance Assessments, AI-assisted guidance, and results are educational and reflective. They are not emergency care, clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, aviation regulatory clearance, or employer fitness-for-duty determinations.
Emergency and crisis situations
AviMentis is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, experiencing a crisis, or may harm themselves or others, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider immediately.
Professional boundaries
Mentors, counsellors, therapists, psychologists, aviation professionals, and other contributors should operate only within their professional scope, qualifications, local laws, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Where specialized care, clinical assessment, regulatory review, or employer action is required, users should seek appropriate qualified support outside the platform.
Aviation safety and regulation
AviMentis does not replace aviation regulator guidance, employer policies, medical examiner decisions, licensing rules, operational procedures, or safety management systems.
Users should follow applicable aviation laws, company procedures, safety reporting channels, and professional obligations at all times.
Assessment results
Human Performance Assessment results are intended to help users reflect on readiness, wellbeing, workload, fatigue, stress, mentorship needs, and learning priorities.
Results should not be treated as a diagnosis, clearance, restriction, or final determination about a person’s ability to work, fly, train, or perform safety-sensitive duties.
