Information we collect
AviMentis may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, role, organization membership, and profile information needed to operate the platform.
The platform may also collect learning activity, course progress, Human Performance Assessment responses, assessment results, access grants, organization activity, billing-related status information, and contact form submissions.
How we use information
We use information to provide Dashboard access, course delivery, assessments, organization dashboards, administrative operations, support, security, and communication related to AviMentis services.
Contact form submissions are used to review inquiries and respond through the contact details provided by the sender.
Assessment and wellness data
Human Performance Assessments and related results are designed for supportive, educational, and reflective purposes. They are not emergency, medical, clinical, aviation regulatory, or employer fitness-for-duty determinations.
Assessment data may be used to show progress, provide instant feedback, recommend next development steps, and support organization-level reporting where organization access applies.
Storage, security, and access
AviMentis is built on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 for application data and Cloudflare R2 or Stream where media storage is enabled.
Administrative access is restricted to authorized users. Platform administrators can review data needed to operate the Admin area, including users, courses, assessments, contact messages, and grants.
Cookies and sessions
AviMentis uses authentication sessions and related technical storage to keep users signed in, protect routes, and maintain secure account access.
Third-party services
The platform architecture may use Cloudflare services for hosting, database, storage, and video delivery. Billing is designed to support provider integrations such as Lemon Squeezy, but production billing credentials and webhooks should be reviewed before public launch.
